*러시아 바위 속 별장-[ igor siroto ] PS1_house project

러시아의 알려지지 않은 곳에서도 바위 속에 지어진 개인주택인 ‘PS1′ house project를 소개한다. 밖에서 보면 주위를 둘러싼 호수 위에 계단으로 연결되어 있는 개별 방들이 있다. 보면 알 수 있듯 이번 프로젝트 디자인의 전체적인 목적은 지금 위치한 곳의 환경과 잘 어울리는지에 대한 것이었고 풍경을 모방하는 듯한 건설을 통해서 이루어졌다. 이러한 디자인은 천연 재료를 사용하는 일을 통해 진행되었는데, 이는 바위 표면으로 쉽게 구부러지는 것이었다. 개별 방들은 예를 들어 강철 프레임과 그 텍스쳐와 매칭되는 나무 바닥으로 하이라이트되었다.

designboom has just received images from architecture practice igor sirotov, of their recent ‘PS1′ house project. the renderings reveal a private residence which has been built into the rocks in an unknown location in russia. the exterior details individual rooms which are joined through an interlinking staircase which starts at the bottom of the surrounding lake leading up to the highest point.

the overall aim of the design was to work with the existing environment, by creating an interconnected construction that mimicked the landscape. this desire was implemented by igor sirotov architects, through the use of natural materials which blend effortlessly into the rock face. the individual chambers for example are highlighted by a steel frame and stone flooring which match the texture and palette of the surrounding scenery. the rhythm of the interior follows a similar pattern to the exterior, using an interdependent layout which connects different areas through the addition of ladders and large vertical dividers.
