OFFF is an entity in continuous transformation, alive and evolutionary. More than a decade ago, it was born as a post-digital culture festival; a meeting place to host contemporary creation through an in depth programme of conferences, workshops and performances by the most relevant artists of our time. OFFF is back in Barcelona next year and we are going to be there!

It’s a great pleasure to announce, for the first time ever a collaboration between CAN and OFFF to bring together brightest and most inspiring minds to create and inspire in a one day workshop collaborative to be held on the 8th of June 2011, featuring Aaron KoblinRicardo Cabello (mrdoob), Filip Visnjic (CAN) and Eduard Prats Molner.

We want you to be part of it, take part and create something incredible. What we create we will talk about at a lecture to be held as part of the main OFFF event, in front of a very large audience . This is huge and we are incredibly proud to be part of this.

How does it work?
We have just launched a dedicated page for the event where you can sign up and tell us a little about you. You have time until 31st of Jan, and we will thereafter select 10 people to join us for the day. The workshop is free and entry is only by application. Please note entry to the workshop does not allow full entry to the event. You will still need to obtain tickets to OFFF. Due to the extra demand, there are a couple of hundred Early Price Tickets available until 19th December, and this will be your last chance to get them cheap!

Deadline to submit applications: January 31st
Decision: February 28th
Workshop: June 8th
(all day – day before offf opening day)
Where: Barcelona, Spain
Presentation/Lecture: June 11th

In the meantime, make sure you also grab OFFF tickets from now until next 19th December or until they sold out! You will benefit from a 3 days pass + OFFF Barcelona 2011 free goodies + saving some €.
