in its first major redesign, the new smart fortwo has virtually been reimagined in all areas.
the compact rear engine concept has also been unveiled alongside the
four-seater smart forfour, where features such as the headlamps, the
cooling air grille in the front and the iconic tridion safety cell are
identical. power is supplied via three-cylinder engines from
mercedes-benz outputting up-to 90 horsepower and is paired with either a
five-speed manual transmission or twinamic automatic dual clutch
gearbox. prices are expected to correspond to that of the current smart
series, with the option to customize with 40 different exterior color
combinations.
