Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects have won the competition for a new clubhouse in Fælledparken.

The new clubhouse will be common to the four soccer clubs in Fælledparken; Heimdal, Viktoria, ØIF and HB.

It was important to create a building that in scale blend in with the  local area and Fælledparken. The building is designed as one large unit and carefully placed with perfect view over the park and orientation to the sun.

The building will be placed in a big green hill. Excess dirt will be used to create soundbarriers to the sorrounding roads.

Changing rooms and depots are located in the basement and ground floor. Club rooms and café (with large terraces) are located at 1st floor overlooking both Fælledparken and the ongoing football matches. 

VLA won the competition with building contractor Otto P. Nedergaard and engeniers Nielsen & Risager.
