- 90 houses purchase using a loan (7 600 m²)
- 20 houses for rent (1 740 m²)
- 1 460 m² commercial area

The project uses the complexity of the program to provide an architectural expression which exceeds the mere construction of a building. It creates a contemporary hybrid architecture, similar to our culture, mixing abstraction and figuration, comfort and technology, work and communication, sociality of the places and people sociality. An emotional and lively architecture which demonstrates that it's possible to live happy in cities.
