*이란성 쌍둥이 하우스 [ A-cero ] Camarines House

에이 세로의 또다른 작업이 마드리드 외곽에 새롭게 또 만들어졌습니다.

일련에 그들이 추구하는 형태적 심볼릭과 내외부 공간의 통섭이

여기 프라빗 하우스에도 잘 나타나 있습니다.

하우스를 크게 두개의 공간으로 분할하는 버티컬 라인은 마치 더블스킨의 건축적 장치와 같은 뉘앙스를 풍기며

하우스의 볼륨을 이란성 쌍둥이와 같은 두개의 공간으로 분리합니다.

-원래의 성질은 같지만 외형만 다른..-

외부로 돌출된 다양한 사이즈의 볼륨들은 중앙축을 중심으로 회전하며

각기다른 프로그램의 공간으로 정의됩니다. 이것은 중앙에 형성된 -두개의 버티컬이 만드는 리니어한

공간 사이-퍼블릭 스페이스인 거실, 주방 그리고 식당으로

연결된 건축적 패스를 외부로 감싸는 4개의 슈트유닛과 게스트 유닛으로 계획되어 집니다.

독특한 형태는 균질한 백색재료의 사용으로 두드러지는 조형미와 공간미를 발현하며

또다른 에이세로의 하우스로 정의됩니다.

언제봐도 감탄하지 않을 수 없는 작업들을 만들어 냅니다.

The house has a total Built-up Area of 631.71 m2, being located on an exclusive residential neighborhood of Aravaca, on the outskirts of Madrid.

Two parallel plans with vertical lines cross the construction like a double architectonic skin which becomes the leitmotiv of the property. The rest of the building is developed around this central axis with many twin cubes creating a harmonic volume game. Next to this architectonic path appears the most public area with the kitchen and living-dining room. Meanwhile on the other side of the plan remain four complete suit bedrooms, one of them for the guest.

A sculptural staircase leads us to the first floor, where you can find the private spaces and the bedrooms of the owners. On one side a big bedroom and bathroom, on the other an office with library that connects with the living room through a double height.

All the villa is covered by white mortar monolayer that remarks the pure essence and the architectonic unity lines.

The ground floor is finished on white Macael marble, while the first floor is finished on wood. The white color covers all the house allowing reflexions of the light. A warm decoration between the tradition and modern make the perfect fusion between the container and content.
