오랜시간동안 새겨진 문화는 공간 속에 투영되어 응집력 있는

장소로 숙성된다. 여기 "cishangweiyang" 프로젝트는 지역적 문화를 계승 발전

장소에 투영함으로써 시공간을 뛰어넘는 장면을 연출한다. 여기에

지역적 특징인 고대의 가마터와 여기서 출품된 도자기류를 주제로

중국 전통의 건축적 특징을 현대적인 공간 기법으로

슬기롭게 풀어낸다. 그리고 지역적 문맥의 연결을 통한

열린 공간, 지역적 재료를 이용한 친자연적 화법은

인위적이지 않은 자연스러움을 공간에 베어 낸다.

the general principle of  the 'cishangweiyang' project by beijing-based tonghe shanzhi landscape designers references the importance of cultural inheritance, fully exploiting and demonstrating the historical and cultural values of porcelain and ancient kilns. by means of innovation in expression, the renovation highlights the elaborate details of the traditional ceramic art-form by changing the functions of the existing exterior environment, where interpretations of the manual workshops integrate the demands of new functional spaces. the ecological region absorbs the surrounding architectural elements, where local flora and fauna adapts to the growing population.
