자연은 건축을 만든다. 그리하여 완성된 건축은 자연 속으로 동기화 된다. 중국 쓰촨성; 와우산 정상에 위치한 '와우산 리조트 앤 호텔' 계획안은 이 지역의 풍부한 자연유산이 투영된 건축공간으로 제안된다. 이번 프로젝트의 주요한 시퀀스를 형성하는 8개의 객실동은 필로티를 이용, 다양한 높이와 크기로 공중부양하며 엘레강스한 분위기를 형성한다. 여기에 다층레벨로 구성된 패스와 산책로는 산 정상의 드라마틱한 풍경을 감상할 수 있도록 다이나믹한 캔틸레버 구조로 디자인되어 공간을 더욱더 풍성하게 만든다. 휴양과 안식을 위한 쉼의 장소는 최소한의 개입; 최소한의 건축으로 자연 속에 숨겨지도록; 합성되도록 해야 한다.

navigating challenging contours, a series of pilotis have been used to elevate the structure’s various volumes, establishing an elegant sense of weightlessness. covered walkways and layered paths connect the proposal, with a series of cantilevered observation platforms extending out over the 500-meter drop below. in addition to the main hotel building, ten villas rest within the forest, offering more secluded dwellings.
