ME&C Creative has designed the new offices of real estate agency Morgan Randall, located in London, England. Morgan Randall have been established in Canary Wharf for almost 10 years and have a reputation for being one of London’s most forward thinking Estate Agencies.
The brief was simple, to create a space that nobody else in the agency sector would be compared to. Taking a new build space of approx 2700 sq.ft in Shoreditch meant that ME&C could be involved with both the CATa and CATb design & refurbishment to create a fresh thinking retail style environment for the Morgan Randall team.
Completed on site in just 7 weeks the project used a Pharos lighting system with complete control of all 16000 LEDS, Bespoke joinery, furniture from Orangebox, a huge 9 screen video wall, carpeting by Westbond laid in pixelated format and 1200x1200mm polished concrete tiling to the reception area. ME&C Creative also created a 2000x3000mm graffiti wall.
