Paddington Terrace is a minimalist home located in Sydney, Australia, designed by Pandolfini Architects. The project is a finely detailed concrete and zinc addition to an existing terrace house. The architects utilized insulated concrete walls in order to maximize thermal retention and heat deflection. Most notable is a listening room in which folded aluminum panels are utilized to eliminate echo and reverberation.
