St. james`s park is the oldest Royal Park in London. Our brief was to create an environment that would challenge notions of existing park cafe, whilst retaining a sense of British tradition. The disign of the building reinforces the natural environment of eht park and the interior focus is on the food.
Inn the park represents a new generation of modern organic English cuisine and the interior is intended to reflect this-a robust design using rugged and natural materials that will improve with age.
All furniture and fittings are bespoke and were sourced from a variety of sustainable sources.
