*솔리드와 보이드 파사드 반복 모듈 [ RMDM architectes ] social housing in Paris

파리 18구역에 위치한 공동주거는 솔리드와 보이드를 반복적으로 구성한

파사드가 인상적입니다. 3개층 5개의 아파트 유닛은 통합된 파사드 모듈안에

숨겨져 겉으로 드러나지 않습니다. 내부에서 반투명한 파사드 모듈을 통해 나오는

불빛과 상부로 개폐되는 프로젝트 타입의 모듈을 보지 않고서는 짐작하기 어렸습니다.

이러한 반복적인 균질감은 파사드 디자인이 지향하는 솔리드와 보이드, 그리고

실버와 그레이톤의 컬러를 반복적으로 사용함으로써 구현됩니다.

그렇게 심플함과 모던함은 파리에 거주하는 저소득층을 위한 집합주거를

평범하지 않는 캐릭터로 구축화 합니다.

한편으로는 부럽네요. 우리나라의 임대주택 또는 도심형생활주택-

이미 도심형생활주택은 본질이 흐려진지 오래입니다. 저소득층을 위한

거주공간이 아닌 상품으로써 존재하니까요..-과 많은 차이를 보이네요.

건축을 있게 하는 것이 돈이지만 절대적이지 않음을 이와같은 프로젝트를

통해 보게됩니다.

RMDM’s first social housing development establishes a unique building envelope on an enclosed urban block undergoing
radical transformation. The program consists of two buildings with five apartments (located at 5 and 9 Impasse Dupuy respectively) and is in line with the policy fighting against the unhealthiness of the City of Paris. It offers contemporary and comfortable housing in the heart of the 18th district to those on lower incomes.
