*페스티발 홀 [ Ackermann+Raff ] Festival Hall ’Neckarallee’ in Neckartailfingen

 

미스 반 데어 로에의 뉴 내셔널 갤러리가 연상되는 새로운 페스티발 홀은 독일 Neckartailfingen 지역의 컬쳐밴드 형성을 위한 구심점으로 주변자연환경의 밀착된 건축환경을 조성한다. 이러한 페스티발 홀은 크게 두개의 공간으로 구성된다. 지역의 다양한 이벤트를 수용하는 다목적 홀과 그 배후 지원시설; 솔리드 스페이스와 주변 자연환경의 밀착된 경험을 유도하는 투명한 글래스 파사드가 위치한 컬쳐홀과 방문자 지원시설; 오픈 스페이스로 구성된다. 특히 이번 프로젝트의 인상적인 건축환경을 표현하는 루프 스트럭쳐 시스템은 주변 자연환경으로 부터 유추된 이미지-숲속 수많은 가지들이 겹쳐지는 이미지-를 건축적 어휘로 재구성, 격자구조-다이아몬드 형태-로 이루어진 우드 팀버로 구조화 된다.

For the new Festival Hall in Neckartailfingen a public space has been developed according to its impotency for the community.
The allée next to the river as a defining element of the landscape finds its spatial conclusion in the new festival hall.

The Festival Hall is divided into two building parts:
the solid part with back of house areas, including the multi-purpose hall and the transparent part with cultural hall and visitor facilities.

The new Festival Hall opens up equally towards the festival square, the river ‘Neckar’ and the ‘Neckarallee’.

The roof structure is the defining element of the Festival Hall. The diamond-shaped girder grid was developed analogical to the image of overlapping branches of the ‘Neckarallee’.
