*솔25 하우스 [ Proyecto Cafeína ] Sol 25

멕시코 산 페드로 추룰라 페브라에 위치한 솔25 하우스는 싱글 훼밀리를 위한 거주공간으로 인접한 자연보호지역, Cerro Zapotecas의 풍부한 자연환경을 투영한다. 풍부한 자연환경과의 조화, 투영 속에 거주자를 위한 생활공간은 한정적인 대지 위 건축을 심플, 담백한 그리고 솔직한 공간으로 이끈다.

공간구성의 시작, 건축 레이아웃은 지역 건축을 따라 지면에 차고와 로비를 위치시키며, 손님들을 위한 두개의 침실을 자리시킨다. 이번 하우스의 메인 생활공간, 2층은 오픈플랜을 바탕으로 메인 침실과 주방이 위치하며 거대한 전창으로 풍부한 자연환경을 조망할 수 있는 뷰포인트를 확보한다. 여기에 중층(3층, 2층 전면창으로 자리한 주 생활공간은 2개층 높이로 계획, 후면부 주방 상부를 메자닛으로 활용한다.)은 스튜디오와 로프트를 겸하는 다목적 공간으로 구성되며 그위 지붕층에 직접적인 외부 자연환경을 만끽 할 수 있는 루프가든이 설치된다.

솔25 하우스는 로프트와 하우스가 하이브리드된 인더스트리얼 뉘앙스를 고수, 고유한 캐릭터를 구축한다. 거의 모든 외부 벽체에 사용된 벽돌 그리고 유리는 이러한 컨셉을 유지시켜주는 동시에 효율적인 유지관리가 가능하도록 도와준다. 인테리어 디자인은 각 공간의 특성에 맞도록 커스텀 제작된 나무소재의 가구와 디자인 요소들이 접목된다. 그리하여 완성된 하우스는 개인화된 유니크 거주환경으로 거주자에게 특별한 경험을 선사한다.

Sol 25 is a single family house in San Pedro Cholula Puebla, Mexico. It is located in a residential subdivision on the outskirts of the city, adjacent to Cerro Zapotecas, a protected nature reserve. It emerges as a dwelling with the premise of creating spaces that are visually integrated with nature, in addition to maximizing the size of the dwelling.

Materials: Tabique, block, cantera negra, cristal, piso artesanal de pasta, aglomerado madera (OSB).

A distinct architectural layout is generated, as the ground floor houses two bedrooms, a garden and lobby. The first level houses the main bedroom and kitchen, all in an open plan concept with double height, where one can enjoy the view to the green areas. On the second level there is a loft with a studio. To use the roof space, we designed a roof garden where one can enjoy an outdoor environment with interesting views all around.

25 Sol maintains an industrial aesthetic, as a hybrid between a house and a loft, achieving wide spaces with character. The materials used were mostly exposed partitions and glass, which when conjugated create cozy spaces in addition to requiring low maintenance.

The interior design was another key point in the project, as it each of the woodwork, fixtures and fittings elements were specially designed. Thus achieving a personalized and unique environment.

Sol 25 is a dwelling with an elegant design, where pleasant spaces are created in a unique environment.
