티쳐 트레이닝 센터가 지향하는 건축환경은 세라믹타일이 표현하는 텍스쳐와 정제된 빛이 투영된 공간 속에 형성되는 열린 교육공간 창출을 목표로 한다. 이는 내외부가 밀착된, 그러는 동시에 유연한 내부공간 확보를 위함으로, 유연한 구조시스템을 통한 능동적인 교육환경 완성을 꾀한다. 기능을 위해, 프로그램을 위해 선택된 구조시스템은 당연히 다이니막한 구조체로 표현된다. 상부 2개층(클래스룸과 부서별 파트룸이 위치한)은 지붕 트러스와 지면 2개 지점을 통해 구현된다. 장스팬을 확보(공용공간 또한 플렉서블 공간활용이 가능)하는 동시에 거대한 캔틸레버를 통해 외부 랜드스케이프를 적극적으로 유입하는 테라스 또한 확보한다.
빌딩은 총 4개층으로 이루어진다. 300대 주차가 가능한 지하층(반 지하층 포함)과 3개의 지상층(6개의 구역)으로 구성되며, 메인 공용공간 지면층에 위치한다. 지면에 위치한 공용공간은 출입홀, 카페테리아, 도서관, 오디토리움, 짐나지움(헬스), 문구점, 사진관으로 구성된다. 그 위로 2-3층에 걸쳐 티칭구역이 클래스룸과 학생들을 위한 워크샵이 배치된다. 부서별 파트룸; 오피스 및 미팅룸, 상담실은 3층에 배치된다.

The initial idea is to provide a closer architecture, almost family, in the composition of spaces as well as in the treatment of light and texture that provides the ceramic skin. The materiality of this building is linked from the beginning to the argument of the project process. Ground floor is projected as a threshold space compressed by the building itself in its upper floors.

We can say that the building’s project is the ceramic enclosure of their classrooms that hangs over the city map. This basic approach results from the structural solution adopted by this project based on the study of the section: a roof truss, containing the two upper floors of classrooms and departments, supported by two lines of brackets, saving a long distance, under which common areas are developed in continuity with the outside landscaped terraces and protected by a powerful cantilever.
The building is conceived structured in four levels: two below ground, for parking and three above ground containing the program divided into six areas: Common areas, located on the ground floor and composed
mainly of following areas: vestibular areas, cafeteria, library, auditorium, gymnasium, stationery, photocopying.
Teaching area, located on the first floor and part of the second floor, comprising classrooms and workshops for students. Departmental area, consists of the offices and meeting areas and consultation teacher, on the second floor. Management and secretarial area, located on the ground floor. Parking area, located in the semibasement and basement of the building, has 300 spaces for vehicles. Church, with separate entrance from the outside.
