NB8은 마드리드 확장 지역에 지은 첫 건물들 중 하나에 세워진 특별한 프로젝트이다. 완전히 구식의 시스템과 유통을 겸한 형편없는 조건 하에 놓인 이 집을 발견하고, 소목일과 프레임 복원을 위한 특별한 노력을 통해 프로젝트를 완성하였다.
NB8 is very special project in a house set on one of the first buildings of the expansion district of Madrid. It is dated in the middled of the nineteenth century and close to retiro Park. We found the house in really bad conditions with the distribution and the systems completely out - dated.
In this project our firm made special effort in the restoration of the original joinery and frames of the house.
