*와이드 스크린 하우스 [ R Zero Studio ] Widescreen House

언덕위에 자리 잡은 와이드스크린 하우스는 이름처럼 와이드한 뷰 포인트가
특징인 주거 입니다. 화려하지 않지만 심플함이 주는 강력함은
두개의 수평요소와 한개의 수직요소로 구축됩니다.
수직요소인 다크계열의 화강암은 두개의 콘크리트 볼륨을
4:1 비율로 퍼블릭 스페이스와 프라빗 스페이스로 구분 지으며,
전체 공간구성에 리드믹컬한 흐름을 발생시킵니다.

일반 도심지에 직장을 두고 있는 사람이라면 누군든 꿈꾸고 있는
주거가 아닐까 합니다. 여유가 있다면 세컨드하우스로 활용하고
향후 은퇴후에 생활 할 수 있는 보금자리로 만들면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Located at San Gaspar Golf Club (Jiutepec de Morelos, Mexico), in an area of 1,600 square meters on top of a hill; Widescreen materializes in a one floor house to accommodate a versatile program. Today is a rest house, but tomorrow it will turn into a house where the client will enjoy his retirement.

The house is resolved in two concrete volumes connected by one vertical element made of granite that communicates the private and public areas.The volumes were designed in 4:1 proportion, hence the name of the house, the use of apparent materials like concrete, black granite and crystal, achieve by making the house part of the mountain.
