the scheme’s architecture reflects the region’s characteristics, with a composition of different masses merging organically with the turkish landscape. aligned to the gridded layout, travertine stone is used to render the entirety of the complex, unifying the design.

the second stage of development involved the construction of shopping units positioned along the marina’s shoreline. these retail outlets feature dramatic overhangs that create a continuously shaded path, which turns into a colonnade alongside the various stores. the shops reside as glazed volumes, while remaining structures contain a boutique hotel, a spa and fitness center, offices, storage facilities and a shipyard for winter boat maintenance.
