*모스크바 펜트하우스 [ ARCHI TE KTO ] Birdman’s Nest

새둥지와 같은 안락한 보금자리. 모스크바시의 도시전경을 감상 할 수 있는 스카이스크래퍼, 그리고 펜트하우스에 자리한 아파트먼트는 거주자의 취향을 다분히 반영한 인테리어 디자인과 안락한 거주환경 구축을 목표로 진행된다. 공용공간과 개인공간으로 크게 구분되며, 이중 공용공간은 거실, 식당, 주방, 3개의 공간이 오픈플랜 속에서 연속된다. 개인공간은 높은 층고 덕분에 확보된 메자닛층(주방 상부)에 음악실, 침실, 드레스실, 욕실로 자리한다. 거실 또한 높은 층고 덕분에 풍부한 거주성을 확보하게 된다.

아파트먼트 인테리어를 특징짓는 데코레이션 오브제는 메자닛층에 위치한 음악실의 건축적 특징을 규정짓는 동시에 내부 천장과 벽을 연속적으로 흐르면서 전체 공간을 장식한다. 건축바탕과 대조를 이루는 장식적인 요소는 건축주의 다양한 소품과 함께 풍부한 공간감을 제공하는 거주환경을 완성한다.

The apartment is located in a penthouse on one of Moscow skyscrapers with stunning panoramic view of city. The apartment space is divided into common and private functional zones. Common zone combines three parts: living room, dining room and kitchen. Private zone includes music room, bedrooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms. A great floor height of the building has allowed to create an additional floor in the private zone, while conserving spacious double height area in the living room.

The staircase from the living room leads up to the music room and other private rooms which are located on the loft over the kitchen. The extravagant living room with it’s unusual lighting design based on author’s drawings and the impressive architectural form of the music area sets the main trend in the interior. This style unites all the areas of the apartment into original and elegant design.

A complicated system of engineering communications under the  ceiling has affected architectural design, construction of walls and ceiling of the loft floor. During the design process the most effective solution on decorating engineering communications was elaborated. An installation case that covers them looks like an art-object that integrates the living room with the music room.

Use of natural materials softens a visual perception of angularity of architectural forms and gives a perfect contrast with a concrete ceiling, as well as, creates a warm impression from the interior.
