CLAY Solutions work for a variety of solid surface materials that are available in hundreds of colors and may be carved into any non-repeating pattern or texture. Objects made utilizing CLAY Solutions are repairable, reusable and superior to ceramic, gypsum and fiberglass in durability and cost. CLAY Solutions include 3D CG Models, shop drawings and design development in addition to fabrication and installation. All hardware , lighting and substrates are provided within Clay Solutions.

Utilizing a variety of advanced parametric software programs our technicians are able to generate 3D models and full shop drawings.

STACK AND CARVE, BEND AND FOLD

Using unique fabrication techniques like mortise and tenon joinery, interlocking seams and a combination of milling and forming, CLAY Solutions allow for multiple radii, inside and outside curvature, seamless transitions from one plane to the next and folded edges. Oversized custom machinery allows our technicians to create intricate non-repeating milled patterns on both at and curved surfaces.

SPECIFYING CLAY SOLUTIONS

Architects typically specify CLAY Solutions as a custom wall system, or a custom object, i.e. counter with integral sink, shower walls with integral shower basin, or a horizontal surface that becomes vertical surface, such as a bar top that seamlessly transitions to a bar face. In order for us to engineer your project successfully, we request your initial drawings or design which we then send back to you with more detail, perhaps some recommendations and a price quote.

INSTALLATION FROM DAY ONE

Installations are planned at the very beginning of a project to insure precision and quality that is on time and on budget. All projects are pre-assembled to insure that they are fully resolved before leaving our facilities. Our installers create a project specific tool kit to achieve remarkable on-site seaming, framing, hardware and lighting installations both nationally and internationally.
