이번 프로젝트는 조지아(그루지야)의 수도 트빌리시 시 내 Rhike 공원의 녹색지대 내에서 이루어졌는데, 이 건물은 2개의 서로 다른 부드러운 형태의 구조물로 이루어져 있으며 이는 고정된 벽에 독특한 바디로 연결되어 있다. 모든 구조물은 두개가 각기 그 자체의 기능을 가지고 있는데 이것은 바로, 뮤지컬 극장과 전시관이다. 건물 북쪽 파트는 뮤지컬 극장으로 극장 설비 및 다양한 창고들을 위한 공간 등으로 구성되어 있고, 전시관은 거리쪽에서 접근하는 관람객들을 향해 환영의 몸짓을 하는 거대한 입구가 놓여져 있다. 반대로 무지컬 극장은 1층에서부터 시작 사용자가 강과 도시의 스카이라인을 즐길 수 있도록 방향이 위치해 있고, 이를 통해 구 트빌리시의 오랜 풍경을 양껏 누릴 수 있다.
