the ‘ply stool’ is a wooden seat designed and built by london-based designer mu hau kao. made in reference to the subtle bends in trees and the smooth curvatures of river rocks, the stool uses natural materials to bring a bit of harmony to modern lives. ‘ply stool’ features a slight concave at the seat for comfort, two available sizes (short and tall), and is stackable. the seat is manufactured using a four-sided mould and a single piece of material.
