Familistère는 archi5 partners를 위한 자동개발 공동주택이다. 아름다운 정원과 학교, 교회, 7층짜리 공용주택 등이 있는 매우 다양한 단지에 스테인레스 스탤로 벽면과 지붕 모두를 덮튼 형식으로 단독 건물을 짓자는 아이디어를 생각해내고, Montreuil의 스튜디오 바로 옆서 총 2년에 걸쳐 프로젝트를 진행하였다. 빌딩은 “날씨를 따른다”, 즉 다시 말해 하늘의 색감을 취하고, 주변의 나무처럼 계절을 따른다. 이는 수많은 변화의 정체성을 빌딩에 제시하는 것을 의미하는데, 낮에는 주변 빌딩들에 햇빛을 전하고 밤에는 거리의 등불을 반영한다.
