전 동독의 방갈로, 컬러풀한 휴가용 주택으로 변신 1. 프로젝트 개요 1960년대 동독(GDR) 휴양지에 지어진 방갈로가 캘리포니아 모더니즘 특유의 밝고 경쾌한 색감을 적용해 독창적인 휴가용 주택으로 탈바꿈했다.  이 집은 베를린 남서쪽 트레츠비츠(Trechswitz)에 위치하며, 30제곱미터 규모의 작은 건물이다. 단면 지붕과 경사진 파사드 벽을 갖추었으며, 1964년 이중 벽돌 조적 방식으로 지어졌다. 전체 부지는 400제곱미터에 이른다. 소유주인 얀 빈켈만(Jan Winkelmann)과 줄리아 칼로프-빈켈만(Julia Carloff-Winkelmann) 부부는 이 건물을 가족을 위한 여름 별장으로 활용하고자 개조를 결심했다.직접 설계를 담당하며, 일부 시공도 직접 진행했다. 2. 리노베이션 과정 공..
