Keen Architecture가 이번에 작업한 프로젝트는 호주의 주택이다. 작은 스튜디오를 하나 갖추고, 지하실과 작업실을 둔 이 곳은 1901년에 지어진 고택으로써, 석회석과 벽돌로 외부를 꾸미고 부분적으로는 재건축도 필요했다. 리모델링을 통해 새로운 주거 공간이 탄생하였는데, 고풍스러운 방들에 현대적 감각을 덧붙여 새롭게 변모시켰다. 무엇보다 전체적으로 자연 채광이 가득 집안으로 들어올 수 있게 유리를 통해 오픈 스페이스를 꾸몄는데, 무엇보다 유리로된 창문과 문들을 굴곡있게 구성한 곳을 통해 뒷마당으로 연결되게 하였다. 이렇게 나선 외부 파티오와 정원은 아이들이 마음껏 놀 수도 있고, 햇살을 즐기며 BBQ를 즐기기에도 더할나위없이 훌륭하다.
